Member Analyzer™ is a multi-dimensional, population and care management
analytics solution designed to utilize clinical, risk, and administrative profile
information to provide more targeted health care services to those members who will
benefit from them the most. This imbedded capability incorporates real-time integrated
information from the member record as well as assessment questions (e.g. “Do you
smoke?”) providing a huge improvement over manually reviewing claims data which
can be 6-8 weeks old. The vast amount of information that can be used as part of
the stratification process allows organizations to enhance just-in-time care coordination
activities, where limited care management resources can focus on the right individuals
at the “right time.”
Customers assess individual member management as well as population management.
Members can be segmented for inclusion/exclusion to Care Management Programs triggering
automated care plans unique to each member’s needs. Additionally, large groups of
members can be segmented based on disease/condition, case/specialty type, client
or other member data attributes. Queries can be quickly and easily written to target
specific high risk cohorts within the population for outcomes-oriented engagement

The Member Analyzer™ capabilities, in conjunction with workload rules, can be used
to apply task assignments to users for follow-up medical events or diagnoses matching
defined query criteria. Queries can be scheduled, automated, and run regularly,

needs. All activities are inherently captured with Click4Care’s audit capability,

Click4Care Analytics and Reporting
Click4Care Analytics and Reporting is a data mart (star schema) solution to enable
analysis of your care management programs through robust, easily managed reporting.
User’s, Supervisors, Data analysts, reporting specialists, and other technical experts
can access the full Click4Care data mart and use Report Builder to create reports
and graphs, schedule report delivery, and publish reports for Click4Care end users
or other resources in your organization to access.
Click4Care Analytics and Reporting is built on Microsoft® SQL Server and includes
an extensive number of pre-built Standard Reports integrated within the user interface and generated
with a single click. With Click4Care Analytics and Reporting, you can modify the
provided reports as needed as well as create your own custom reports to be included
in the user interface.
Click4Care Analytics and Reporting offers the advantages of SQL Server with Analysis
and Reporting Services, including:
- A wide range of report layouts — Including
tabular, matrix, charts, and free-form styles, as well as combined table and matrix
layouts (tablix). Reports can embed other reports and charts, along with lists,
graphics, and controls for dynamic Web-based applications.
- Support for ad hoc reports — Create and save reports on the fly and save locally
or publish directly to a report server or SharePoint site. Model-based ad hoc reports
provide infinite click-through functionality, making it easy for users to explore
- Secure hosted report delivery — Optionally set up secure hosted report delivery
using Microsoft SharePoint® and other mechanisms.
- Drill-through reports and interactivity — Add interactive features by providing
