required by our clients. We build a realistic Project Plan to meet the specific
needs of your objectives, deployment model, (onsite/SaaS), and desired outcomes.
Click4Care capabilities are easy to configure, we also have a proven methodology
that has been refined product through some of the largest care management installations
ever delivered. We provide a detailed Project Plan to best manage the project, allowing
us to apply governance measurements against each milestone, meeting the needs of
each stakeholder of your implementation. This approach also gives us the ability
to identify and manage any risks that should arise during the life of the project.
Included within the Click4Care Implementation scope are the following:

Click4Care focuses on meeting the mutually agreed-upon deliverables and implementation
specifications when setting the core project measurements, which include:
- Milestone 1: Planning, Environment Preparation
and Requirements Gathering – Tasks supporting contracting, resource planning, analysis
of environment needs, procurement, installation and testing of requisite hardware/software
and discovery facilitation to gather and document project requirements.
- Milestone 2: Super-User Training, Iterative Solution Design, System Configuration
& Data Migration/Conversion – Leverage agile, iterative development strategies to
educate business and technical super-users on the capabilities of Click4Care and
tailor the system design to meet customer needs. Configuration of environment software,
mapping, coding, and review of data interfaces/file exchanges, customization and
construction of system content and settings is included.
- Milestone 3: Iterative End-to-End Testing – Tasks supporting the planning and execution
of iterative unit testing, integrated system testing, performance volume stress
testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Milestone 4: System Acceptance – Tasks confirming system is production-ready.
- Milestone 5: End User Training – Tasks supporting the planning, material development
and execution of end user training.
- Milestone 6: Go Live – Tasks related to bringing users live on the system in production
for the first time.
- Milestone 7: Transition to Production Support – Tasks supporting the hand-off from
Implementation to Production Support.
Our training is strength of Click4Care. Our training staff provides materials and
browser-based modules that users can access. All materials follow the course outline,
including screen images, definitions of terms, explanations of concepts, and step-by-step
procedures.
Click4Care typically deploys a train-the-trainer approach during your implementation
of the project. We will train a selective group of resources that, in turn, will
be able to train the end users. This will allow you to roll out a training program
that meets the needs of your organization.
Click4Care has proven results using this methodology. In addition, a staged implementation
strategy can benefit from this approach since governance measurements will provide
the ability to identify and manage any risks that present themselves during the
life of the entire project. Because the Click4Care product is so flexible, we have
