Jan-Erik Lundberg

Founder and Chairman of the Board

Jan-Erik has a rich, successful track record of entrepreneurship that spans more than 20 years. As founder and Chairman of the Board for Click4Care, his focus is on assisting in the ongoing development of the company’s vision and strategy, and is actively involved in Click4Care’s funding and partnering initiatives. Jan-Erik previously founded several international businesses including Scala Business Solutions, one of the world’s leading publicly-traded ERP software providers, where he presently serves as Chairman of the Board; Uproar, an Internet gaming company that was listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange until its acquisition in 2000; and UCMS, a company focused on outsourcing customer service and billing functions to large telecommunication, utility and financial service companies in the Austral-Asian region. Previously, Jan-Erik was a founding principal of Central Europe Telecom Investments, a $100 million investment fund focused on early-stage telecommunications companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Jan-Erik continues to retain a portfolio of significant investments in companies with activities in the service, biotechnology and information technology sectors.
