Jim Lenard
Senior Vice President - Implementation & Customer Support
Jim has over 27 years of experience in the IT industry, with the last 22 specifically
working in the software industry.
Prior to joining Click4Care, Jim’s experience included time with Measurex, Sterling
Commerce, and extensive experience at Symix. Symix was acquired by MAPICS, which
was later acquired by INFOR Global Solutions. During this tenure, he served in various
managerial roles within the Development, Professional Services, and Support organizations.
He was a key member of the company as it grew from a small start up operation and
transitioned into a large international organization with revenues in the billions.
With his diverse experience in the industry, he has a proven record of growing and
leading large teams and projects. He is known for his overall business perspective
and brings the ability to pilot organizations through cultural and technical changes
while helping to adapt solutions to business and customer needs. In addition to
his inward operational focus, he has excelled in client relations and team building
at all levels of an organization.
As Vice President of Implementation & Customer Support at Click4Care, Jim will be
responsible for the daily operations and growth of both groups. His duties will
also include close interaction and communications with the customer base. As a member
of the senior management team, he will also participate and help set the overall
direction of the company.
Jim is a graduate of DeVry University with a BA in Computer Science.
