Implementation Services

Click4Care uses a three-pronged process for implementing ThinkHealth that comprises completing, data conversion, real-time system integration, and software configuration in parallel. We prefer to have our team at your site during the entire implementation process if you intend to host ThinkHealth in-house versus our hosting ThinkHealth for you. Our on-site teams include installation specialists, system integration specialists, data architects, care management / clinical subject matter experts, and business analysts headed by a project leader. Our largest implementation to date employs 2,000 concurrent ThinkHealth users in 39 states. We are deploying 22 real time integrations, importing and exporting data regarding 30 million members, and developing 50 custom features for that customer while supporting their 150-person implementation team. More often than not, our implementation work involves closely collaborating with our client’s consultancies such as Accenture, Cognizant, and others. We have painstakingly modeled our implementation process in easy to follow work plans and will be delighted to share our plans with you at your convenience.

Training Services

Click4Care combines model office and train-the-trainer approaches to help your team become expert ThinkHealth users. We developed an anonymous, encrypted, and intentionally skewed training database (filled with data regarding inordinately high risk members), six different types of user manuals, training manuals, model office scenarios, training exercises and proficiency tests to support model office training. Regarding our train-the-trainer methodology, we prefer to train 15 super-users for every 100 end users, but we can train your entire staff if you have a small user group or prefer that we carryout all training for you. We prefer to train on your site to mitigate your staff’s time away from existing work and to inculcate ThinkHealth’s functionality in a familiar, productive environment.

Customer Support

We usually deploy ThinkHealth as an installed system that runs on your infrastructure, but we host ThinkHealth on behalf of customers when they need such support. In return for annual maintenance fees, we provide customers Tier 1, 2 and 3 software support, unlimited software upgrades, and stringent service level agreements that require us to respond to issues with increasing quickness. Larger customers can expect us to maintain a Click4Care office/staff on site for the duration of our partnership and smaller customers can depend on support from a key account director and her team who handle no more than the SAME three (3) accounts at any one time.
